Using ClickHouse with HuggingFace

Per Discord conversation, creating a ticket to track work to document the integration between HuggingFace and ClickHouse using UDFs.

@gingerwizard is working on a blog post where we walk readers through examples of using ClickHouse with HuggingFace. It would be great to couple the release of this post with updated HuggingFace and ClickHouse docs, so that we can point users to both for more details, as well as promote via social channels.

Quentin Lhoest: "That would be cool ! Feel free to open an issue in the clickhouse repo and ping me @lhoestq and @mariosasko 🙂 It looks like they support S3 so we can maybe have something similar"
