Bugfixes "Added postapoc prices for EOD armor"

Purpose of change

EOD armor lacked a post apocalypse price and was very expensive. Fixes #60887

Describe the solution

Added post apocalypse prices to all pieces of EOD armor

Describe alternatives you've considered

None

Testing

Granted EOD armor to player and merchant. Then, initiated trade to see the prices.

You need to include a closing keyword in your PR so it closes #60887 when merged.
