[Feature] Allow project renaming directly from navbar

It might be more convinient for me to rename the project directly on the Navbar instead of having it in the properties modal. The modal could have functionalities specific to circuit only thereby improving user experience.

This was a recommendation on my personal preference. Feel free to add your thoughts
