Missing Dependency

Hi, after installing the package from pip (pip install tarp), it complains about missing the package deprecation. It also installs the optional dev packages by default. Either the dependency on deprecation should be removed or it should be added to the requirements.txt

This is still a problem as of 1.1.0, it's also missing tqdm as I discovered trying to test this with a completely fresh env.

Looks like just the pypi release version needs to be bumped, it's fine in source.
