is duplicateItemsAllowed case sensitive?

First at all, thanks for this awesome library.

I set duplicateItemsAllowed as false but I'm able to enter Test and test. is this an issue? is there a flag I'm not setting up?

Yeah, would be nice to have an option to be case sensitive
