Included EXE, config files, and needed Script files for aurora

Ive made a simple fork, and compiled the EXE file for end users to easily copy/paste the needed files to the local machine, to get aurora properly working with RGBFusion.

Code is original, i have NOT modified it, i just made a simpler fork in the project for easier understanding to get this plugin to work as intended.
