It would be nice to have a link on the home page to view all recently uploaded modules (similar to https://metacpan.org/recent).

When I try to load the output from http://ra.osmsurround.org/exportRelation/json?relationId=3045928 into https://mapshaper.org/ it complains: `Error importing relation_3045928.json Unknown JSON format`.

I would like to be able to restrict users based upon the telegram group that they are in. (i.e. only succeed if user is member of a specific group).

Add support for video subtitles

Since you cannot listen to the videos, it would be great to be able to read the subtitles!

It would be useful to be able to specify the network interface to use, when the host has several to choose from.
