[Feature] Add API key settings in UI

Current UI doesn't allow users to update their OpenAI or Google API key.

Telling users "API key invalid" is not a UI for them to update the key... Currently once user has set one of the 3 values in the auth page (access code, openai key, google key), the only way to update them is by removing the access code, then go back to chat, say something, then click on the auth link in the reply. Let's just say it's not an ideal UX design.
