Your probably right... with the usual proviso that I haven't worked seriously on the framework since 2017 and anything I say could be out of date. But maybe history helps...
We once (maybe still do) supported raw arrays as sources... both typed and object. This led to issues when the test method took a single argument of `int[]`, `object[]`, etc....
Moved to V4 as a design issue.
Failing merge is due to a continuing issue in AppVeyor. Please review anyway. If someone wants to download and try it that would be great!
