Automatic Chat History Refresh

As a user, I would like the chat history to show my current thread when I start a new conversation.

This has been requested by several users, and was mentioned in . But since that one has other stuff mentioned we should keep it separated.

@dahifi I think the open PR #838 resolves this. Hasn't been reviewed though.
