Offer to archive gift card when new balance is $0

I think it would make sense to automatically offer to archive a gift card when the new balance is $0.

After the user enters the amount they spent and click OK if the new balance is $0, then there could be another prompt asking if they'd like to archive the card.

I honestly kinda regret accepting the archive option in the first place as it adds a fair amount of complexity to the app. I already worry people may accidentally archive cards by not reading properly and this would make that worse.

It may be reasonable after #1038 gets implemented so users who don't read well can find their archived cards back, but even then I'm not completely sure what to do here. Just offer archiving after emptying the balance? Should it also offer unarchiving if you edit the archived card to give it a balance again? A lot of difficult decisions :sweat_smile:

No matter what, #1038 definitely needs to be done first.

I don't know about this feature, but maybe it's not really needed? Like it's a one-time action a user can do manually if he wants to archive an empty gift card... Maybe let's keep it KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) for now, I don't know :)
