Update GNOME runtime due to EOL

From Flatpak when doing updates:

The GNOME 43 runtime is no longer supported as of September 20, 2023. Please ask your application developer to migrate to a supported platform.

The app technically still works without an upgrade but doing so is pretty easy, reduces potential security risks, and of course can help save user's storage space since less of multiple versions of the same runtime need to be installed. The current is v46.

I second this. Not only does it keep giving annoying warnings every update, but the warning on Flathub might deter some people

Thanks for pointing this issue, I'll try to upgrade and deploy to flathub in few days
