  • Investigate how we can deploy Kafka for OpenHarvest.
  • It might be worthwhile investigating IBM Cloud's Kafka offering and what it bring to the table
    • Pay attention to how it handles updates, it markets itself as a managed service but if we require downtime to update then it's definitely not as useful, and we might as well manage it ourselves
  • Otherwise we can deploy it ourselves on
