Random crash shortly after reloading shaders

I just had another crash with Lithium, I believe this is unrelated to my previous #649 issue as it doesn't mention better snow coverage.

All I was doing is reloading my shader packs as I was changing some of the settings, and then it crashed shortly after it finished reloading.
