Additional Information
One of the developers of SpongeNeo have told me to reach out here to fix this issue. They mentioned about conflicts from this mod and that mod. Here's the SpongeNeo issue regarding this: https://github.com/SpongePowered/Sponge/issues/4201
Sponge issue refers to https://github.com/CaffeineMC/lithium/blob/0fe3cfd526300d11f72f2a00dcb0dc09d847d500/common/src/main/java/net/caffeinemc/mods/lithium/mixin/world/tick_scheduler/LevelChunkTicksMixin.java#L245
Workaround: Add the line mixin.world.tick_scheduler=false to the lithium.properties file in the config folder.
To fix this it would be useful to understand what sponge is doing, and whether that can be compatible with lithium replacing the tick scheduler logic.

Also add the lines
mixin.block.hopper=false and mixin.collections.entity_filtering=false
Just did it and now no more problems joining! Ill find more problems soon when ill continue testing
