as soon as i start 3ds controller it goes to a black screen and doesnt connect

im on 11.3.0.36U and was able to get homebrew working again but whenever i open its not a cia btw its 3dsx version anyway when i open it for a breef second it shows something then black screen then it freezes any help would be appreciated thanks in advance
