PC Server not starting

My Firewall is open for this Program andit starts with this Code: 3DS Controller Server 0.6 Port: 8889 Running on: Laptop Your local IP(s): 192.168.1.21 Usually you want the first one.

And if I make a Portscan this Port is not used and my 3DS won't connect.

Disable the Firewall of your PC, and verify that both the 3DS and your PC are connected to the same network.
