Missing chalk colors when using Mintty 2.9.6

This is a spin off of issue #21.

CODEDOC uses chalk colors, and the default Windows Command Prompt displays them for me... 2020-06-11_19-16-24_126_cmd

...but none of those colors are displayed when I use Mintty 2.9.6. 2020-06-12_08-15-51_128_mintty
