Tag a release?

I'd like to include this in one of our pipelines, can you tag a release for SalmonTools? I'll add it to Bioconda then :)

Thanks for the interest, May I ask which part are you interested in ? The decoy generation using mashmap or the salmontools functionalities ?

Mostly the decoy generation. I guess you have it mostly integrated into salmon 1.0 now, so perhaps it's not as needed as I thought (I do like having the separate script, though mashmap is painfully slow).

Sounds good 👍 . We are also working with the refgenie developers for maintaining the salmon index for some model organism using both mashmap based and genome based decoys. Once https://github.com/databio/refgenieserver/issues/63 request is completed it should be relatively easier to just pull the index directly.
