Publish to maven repository

Howdy,

Are you planning to publish aardpfark to maven central on any other maven repository any time soon?

Hey @tovbinm - yes we plan to get it up on Maven central. Ideally I'd prefer to get a few more important transformers supported (OneHotEncoder in particular) and a few clean ups before publishing a first release.

In the meantime I can look at getting snapshots up on a snapshot repo.

Thank you. That would be great. So far I was able to workaround it using jitpack.io service which allows publishing from any source, so I did from a fork of aardpfark.
