C-Make Library Not Found
Issue Summary
Due to the default download server being down I have been using the backup model and 3rdparty tool in an attempt to install the system. It has failied on both my PC and MAC with Cmake not being able to detect any library at all when I attempt to install it. ALl of the library from Boost System Lib all the way to Caffe are shown as not found and the install fails with nothing being created in the build folder
Errors (if any)
Installation fails with nothing being present in the Build Folder when attempted on Windows with third party tools being manualy added to the folder
