Pust Conan package to the conan-center or conan-center-index

Hi! Thank you a lot for the library! I use it in almost every my project and it's awesome.

However that's a little bit tricky to use this library via Conan package manager since you are maintaining Conan recipe (thank you for supporting Conan) in your own remote.

Can you add please your Conan recipe for cli11 to the conan-center?
