Respond to users text (non-commands) in DMs

Respond with more commands or general encouraging messages when users type stuff like "Thank you" or "Hi" in the bot's DMs

This can be used as an exploit to spam and crash the bot.

I can't put checks for spam on regular messages... it doesn't make sense, since they are not commands. I think the bot should just ignore those for now.
