test: Update location of SmartSim testing

This installation is also a more recent version of SmartSim and SmartRedis as well.

It's been relocated to /home/phypid, with an accompanying installation script at /home/phypid/SmartSimTestingSoftware/InstallSmartSimTestingSoftware.sh.

Note this also updates the version of SmartSim and SmartRedis.

Yeah, I'm trying to figure out why.

I just needed up update the execute permissions for the embedded redis-server executable. This works manually on Noether now, so hopefully Ci will be happy too.
