Describe the bug Clicking "Reports" and then "Network PDO" results in immediate crash

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Click "Reports" followed by "Network PDO" in the popdown menu

Version used 4.2.3 under mono on Debian Sid

Expected behavior Lacking documentation I don't know what that button should do
