Converting file.mp4 to h265 results in a file.h265 file instead of .mkv

To me this feels counter-intuitive, and it's a bit of an annoyance explaining to people that you have to rename the files to .mkv or .mp4, then explain the difference, then explain further and so on.

this and #287 have the same solution, I think adding file extensions like .h265.mkv and .h265.mp4 would be best
