Can not work well with Azure api

Firstly, You cannot choose Azure voice like Evelabs even I refresh it。 Next，I don't know how to filled with Azure Region. This new feature is good，I hope This issue can be solved in the near future.

hello, you need to indicate the Azure region first. and after that, you will get the list of voices available.

the azure region is on your Azure console more info: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/speech-service/rest-text-to-speech?tabs=streaming#regions-and-endpoints
