Expanding integration capabilities to Polly

Eleven Labs is cool and all, but they offer monthly quotas that are so low that everytime they refresh and I try to use them for testing, I finish them in around 20 minutes or less.

I would like the integration of Talk-to-GPT to be expanded to services like Amazon Polly. Is it possible?
