Ok. I'll take a look asap. I wrote this plugin for WP 3.5. I'll try to make it work OOTB for WP3.9. Don't know why it's not compatible.

The only check which is done when starting the plugin is the "is_single()" return value (to not load the plugin on "single post" pages) Have you more information about that?...
