URLs are not shown on hover

What happened?

When you hover over a link, the URL shows at the bottom left of the screen. After the recent update to version 6, sometimes the URL doesn't show up on first hover. You have to move the mouse off the link and back on for the URL to show. It is not 100% consistent as some links do show on the first hover.

I did comment on issues 2690: https://github.com/WaterfoxCo/Waterfox/issues/2690 as someone else has commented there with the same issue on version 6, but that issue was opened for version 4 and I think it is probably different hence opening a separate issue for this.

I had this same issue but setting browser.overlink-delay to 0 on about:config (needed a restart) seemed to get rid of it.

Same problem, but for me the URL is only shown on every second hover. @ShadowLady 's fix worked for me :)
