Fallout 76 silently fails to launch
Running via command like
C:\Users\Ethan\AppData\Roaming\Briano\UWPHook\UWPHook.exe BethesdaSoftworks.Fallout76-PC_3275kfvn8vcwc!Fallout76 Project76_GamePass.exe works fine, but attempting to do the same from Steam causes the Play button to turn to Stop for maybe 20 seconds, then go back to Play. UWPHook runs in the background but closes, and indeed runs with the proper command:
But the game never starts.

Got same issue, with other game (Death Stranding).
I will try the game on my side in the week end but ensure you're using the right version(2.15.1) and your shortcut is created by the new version.

Sorry, I didn't check it with exe from fork. It's working with this one, but there are troubles to add games with this release. I had to add it via release from this repo and then in steam change exe path to one provided by you.
