Wrong last post anchor position on scroll pt2

This previus issue with scrolling still ocures. Maybe not as often as before but especially when page height is small.

And there is second problem connected with this and reported to me in google webmaster tools -Cumulative Layout Shift: https://web.dev/cls/

Website now bonces to bottom and then to top like a ball :D
