txadmin dependency doesn't work if monitor isnt running

I'd rather have a standalone thing so we are not reliant on a third party keeping a feature, easyadmin essentially uses undocumented trickery to trigger the full screen warning, nothing official.

Even that'd be much easier than the current method. Can you not rip it out of txAdmin and use it as a dependency like you do with NativeUI?

txadmin thing has a huge amount of internal dependencies, it'd bloat easyadmin massively for this single feature.
