Unexpected Error Occurred When Rendering

There appears to be several bugs involved in using Android intents to share data to BlueBubbles contacts. Unfortunately, one of those bugs has now, for the second time, caused the top bar of only one contact's chat view (the contact to which I attempted to share an image to, but then decided not to and backed out) to say, "An unexpected error occurred when rendering" and is gray. The hamburger menu normally located in the upper right is not there, nor tappable.

Furthermore, the contact's name is also missing from the Chat List (replaced by their phone number as if the contact couldn't be resolved); however, when notifications are posted to the contact's conversation channel (custom one, yes) it shows the contact's name in the notification.

How do I resolve this for the contact without having to wipe storage and/or re-configure? Since it continues to happen (I'll try to reproduce the bug that causes it at some point), I need a way to resolve it when it happens.

What skin are you using? If it's not ios, switch to ios, go into chat details for this chat, and click "fetch chat details". Then you can switch back and it should be fixed

I am using the Samsung theme. I switched it to iOS, fetched chat details, and switched it back to Samsung, but the issue persisted. Backing out of the chat list too did nothing. Had to force close, then upon relaunch it was fixed.

Any reason the Samsung theme isn't a first-class citizen (ironically, on a Samsung device)?

I'm having this same issue with only one contact not updating the picture (just get the generic gray icon) and only showing their phone number on desktop. One one PC it was giving me the "unexpected error occurred when rendering" and on a different PC same thing (grey icon, no name) but I didn't get the rendering error. This happens on the iOS skin as well as any other skin.

I tried the "fetch chat details" and that didn't change anything, even after restarting the client. FYI on Android this contact displays an old picture (not the one the contact has shared) but does display their name correctly.
