Bloop cursor for onboarding tutorial

This is an MVP of bloop cursor. For testing purposes, there is a special controls box that will be removed in production (see screenshot)

Using this form you can make a regex search, NL search, open regex search result (0-based), and select text in full code component (sidebar/modal/file view). Some functions require fine-tuning, e.g. you can't open NL search results, only regex code examples, also some animation timing should be improved.
