[Feature]: Vertical tiling

Vertical tiling for portrait monitors, I have a external monitor I use in portrait mode, it would be nice to auto-tile vertically(top & bottom)

You could already achieve vertical tiling by manipulating the master area size and rotating layout. Although, I agree, that this feature is discoverable and needs a proper documentation or/and UI/UX fix.

I have similar setup (main horizontal + side vertical). Since layout rotation isn't preserved between sessions, it would be nice to have this done automatically,

Coming from kwin-tiling, where there is a checkbox for it: https://github.com/kwin-scripts/kwin-tiling/blob/master/contents/config/main.xml#L77.

Well, that needs to be fixed, I think. We should save states of the layouts on different screens/virtual desktops/activities.

This feature would be very helpful for us with vertical second monitors. Vertical layout and layout retention per monitor are the only things keeping me from using this software.
