Error in manage SummarizedExperiment-can't upload new sample matrix

Hello I'm use R 3.5.1. I got the GDC data-molecular data-hamornized database(hg38)-Project KIRC-Transcriptome Profiling-Gene Expression Quanlification-HTSeq FPKM UQ-Primary solid tumor and download summaried experiment.But when I selected the SummerizedExperiemt,the sample matrix can't show anything. just like this

And after I uploaded the new sample matrix and clicked the Save New SummeriedExperiment the r didn't respond at all. Hope u can help.Tks.
