Hi, I can not use Updata sample matrix successfully, the error "Warning: Error in <Anonymous>: unable to find an inherited method for function 'colData' for signature '"tbl_df"'" appeared when download sample data matrix. Moreover, the updata of the pakage always failed to replace old packages Thanks in advance! 2 1

Thanks for your reply! I checked my merged data matrix from TCGA download, the reason possible to be the wrong sample format.
