How to change the download directory

When I browsed the TCGAbiolinksGUI to analyze the data, I found that the download directory cannot be changed. Sometimes, the data is too large to be obtained for the limited hard drive capacity. It is any way to change the directory? THX

You can change the working directory, in which all the files downloaded/created are saved there, in the configuration menu.
