Tiff image size reduction

 I am converting jpg image to tiff group 4 format with 96 dpi & 2000 x 40000 resolution using this library, but the output tiff file size varies for different mobile devices. Is there any possibility to reduce the tiff image size(lesser than 200kb) without reducing height and width?
