bionic 3.6.1-3build1 cannot start transport on port 5060

In ubuntu bionic linphone gives this message 'could start tcp transport on port 5060 maybe this port is already used'; it was on ubuntu forums but with no working solution.

Could building linphone of another version solve the problem? I downloaded linphone-3.8.0.tar.gz , installed dependencies listed in readme. It gives this error: ./configure: line 19012: syntax error near unexpected token LDAP,' ./configure: line 19012: PKG_CHECK_MODULES(LDAP, openldap,found_ldap=yes, found_ldap=no)'

Could you post the forum link? Be aware that old versions are not supported anymore (like 3.8, where we are on 4.3 and 4.4 soon)
