bashsupport disable tooltip

Hi,

Sometimes when I "play" with the # bashsupport disable=BPXXXX,BPXXXX at file level (I haven't tested at statement level) editor goes "crazy" (shows the tooltip on the middle of the screen, which is hard to reach on big screens...).

Also, sometimes, the shellcheck quick fixes are disabled.
