We encourage developers to propose a PR with the requested functionality. Currently we lack the required knowledge about Linux to create the package. MacOS should be possible, therefore I'll label this as an enhancement.. However, if someone wants to pick it up, feel free to propose a PR so that it makes it easier for us to implement.
