Thanks for your feature request. Currently we are working on a refactor that makes it easier to implement other platforms. However, currently this feature is not yet scheduled. I'll label this as an enhancement to keep track of it.

thanks a lot @TimHoogstrate ; I think MacOS is also important, we have many users on this platform. Wish permission-handler better & stronger 💪🏻
