Use case

OpenHarmony will support flutter base on Flutter 3.7.12. it comes from https://gitee.com/openharmony-sig/flutter_flutter.

Proposal

If it's okay, I can help complete the implementation of this platform. and OpenHarmony is not stable for now, maybe the api will update regularly, geolocator_ohos is independence package and it only dp on geolocator_platform_interface, so i think it will be ok, right? i will submit a pr after i finish it ,thanks.
