Made drive.py in the folder plugins/example/google

It will handle the creation of folders and files of memories

Made oauth.py in the folder plugins/example/google

It will handle the oauth . I am not using it currently but it will come in handy later.

Made a simple functioning website in the folder plugins/example/google/pref to take the user preferences.

That data is used in drive.py . Files will be made accordingly .

It is not complete.

I have to integerate the trigger action of Memory creation in webHooks.dart file. Handle the backend.

I aim to finish all of this very soon.
