Option for a build without Nuxt UI Pro license

It would be nice if it were not mandatory to have Nuxt UI Pro and have an option to also deploy without that license where we replace those UI components with alternative ones.

Hey @LouisDeconinck,

Unfortunately, maintaining two versions would be far too time-consuming. Also, this starter does not have a lot of Nuxt UI Pro components so you can easily remove them.

At the same time, I agree with @atinux.

But rest assured, I am working on a new starter without Nuxt UI Pro.
