issue installing new version of EM app if you installed through EM collection

If you delete the EM app and then try and to reinstall just the EM app through the App Store but you have EM collection installed it will think that EM is still installed an it won’t let you install EM (the webpage will say that it is installed and won't let you click to install). Deleting the EM collection app (from the cytstocapeconfiguration folder) fixed it though.
