Convert 1103 tabular model display folders data to 1400 DisplayItem

Is there a function or program to take the Tabular Display Folders data from the old BIDS Helper on SSAS 2012 to be converted with the model into SSAS 2017?

There is nothing like this at the moment. We'd have to look at building some sort of export to file / import from file feature for display folders and you'd have to run this manually.
