[FX] FX stop working as soon as you rotate or scale them.
FX stop working as soon as you rotate or scale them although they are activated again when they turn to their original spawned rotation/scale.

A dirty fix has been found.
Once you rotate or scale the desired FX, duplicate it and the changes will show up, after that remove the old FX.

I think we would have to fire an enable event to that type of entities whenever changing the transform or scale or whatever
